Our staff can assist you with the plans for your new home. Use our stock plans, that can be customized to suit your needs,  bring in your own plans or we can work with you to come up with a totally custom design.

There are literally hundreds of choices you will need to make during the construction of your new home and we have the experience  to help you make smart choices. Hardwood, tile or carpet? We can show you which choice will work best depending on the traffic in that area of the home. Electrical outlet placement, lighting fixtures, closet sizes, kitchen layout. All of these require smart decisions so that you can get the most out of your new home.
